Make chipmunk voices in videos??

i want to be able to sound like fred but i dont wanna use audacity or the speed up on windows movie maker. please help me. i just want the video to be normal speed but with chipmunk voices or spueaky voices. thanks!!

ps-nothing with viruses or spyware or anything like that.

Well, the only way you'd be able to do that while using Windows Movie Maker would be to use Audacity or some other audio program.. So you're kind of stuck there. Just change the pitch with Audacity, don't speed it up, and it'll sound like it. Then you can import it to your Windows Movie Maker.
