Make flowers out of tissue paper or ribbon??

Question

Any ideas?? I need to make a flower or a couple for a girl.. and it also needs to be cute. I have nothing!! it's terrible.. maybe you have something, even like a website would help. Thanks so much!

Here is a link for tissue paper flowers with good instructions. You can double up the pipe cleaners for sturdier stems too.
