Question:

Make it DVD playable?

I have a movie on my computer

I want to put it on a 700MB CD (idk if there's CDs with more than that)

If possible, instead of using a software. Can I just change it to another file type?

help!

  1. Sure, so long as you only plan to use it from computers, you can copy directly to a CD. Any Windows operating system since XP has this capability built in. You don't even need to change your file format.

There is nothing you can do to guaranty playback on a DVD player without an authoring program, but some will play Mpeg2 files.
