well I've got skills and talent, but I can't get in the picture...i don't know where to start...I know that in reality millions of people want the same...but when I believe in myself how can I reach such a goal

If you're talking about movies, start by Googling "movie extra positions in [insert general area that you live in here]". Start out by being an extra and learn the ropes. Then you'll be able to land auditions and such and if you're good enough, you'll get the part.
