Make my body strong?

i want to make my body strong, I get into alot of fights im stocky, And i need to be strong i punch a floor to ceiling ball i punch a bag i do push ups and i skip what can i do to make me strong

  1. first off try to eat fatting foods so you can gain more weight but not to much you dont want to be fat.drink milk lift weights if they are to heavy try something on your level then work your way up. do sit ups, push ups, running also helps.and i think thats preety much it.

  3. go to a GYM!!!! or get yourself a home GYM!!!!

  4. you don't need to lift weights to be strong. yo should do all exercises that don't unclude weights. push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, flutter kicks, knees to elbows (hang from a pull-up bar and bring your knees to your elbows), jump-rope, run (long distance and short distance), jumping jacks (when ou do these make fists and slam them into your leg to harden your body), also another exercise is to stand shoulder length apart and hit your stumach with both hands then put them in the air then hit again and reach to the ground, wall ball shots (this is when you do a squat while catching a medicine ball of of a wall), air squats, air lunges, jump-rope,

    why do you get in a lot of fights. you should try to get along. if you want to fight you should join a boxing gym and start to fight in amateur boxing. fighting outside of the ring doesn't prove anything unless it is to defend your life or your family's honor

  6. Do hard (fast) running to improve your boxing endurance. Jogging will not work, you gotta run fast.

    You should go swimming.

    Also lifting light weights about 15 to 25 ( You should not be able to lift more then 15-25 times or the weight is to light) times will make your muscles long and hard, not big and bulky. And if your gonna fight you should go somewshere and learn to fight cause fighting is at least 50% mental
