Make my legs faster and more enduranced?

besides working out with weights is there anything i can do to help make my legs more conditioned. im already athletic and can squat 250 lbs so the problem isnt in muscle its in condition and tone. does running in water help? and what about jumping on a trampoline?

  1. you should find a couple of hills and do lunges all the way up them and jog back down, but when you go up u wanna do them kinda fast and make sure to do every one of them properly. trust me you will be really sore the next day.
