Make notes in Access 2007

is there a way to add notes to a field in a database where i can have multiple entries? (add to it often?)

  1. Create another table with two fields: Key + Notes

    Link it to the first table using the key field as a foreign key.

    Then create a form with this new table field as a subform's source object.

    Access filters the records so that only those for the current record on the main form will show: Assign the key field to the subform's properties Link Child Fields, Link Master Fields.

    That's the basic idea.
