Question

Ok so, my parents have agreed to buy me one last outfit for school, and since I paid for everything, they're paying for this. I was wondering if you could make me an outfit because I want to get some of your ideas. I'm 15, 5'1, if that matters, 117 lbs, I'm an hourglass figure, um, my style is trendy glam chic, and my favorite stores are Forever21 and H&M. And the price doesn't matter. =] Thanks!!
