ok so im 5 foot 6 and 95 pounds and 13 years old. i want to know how much should i practice basketball a day to be good. i already am on a travel them and know all the basics, but im just not to good during games. i play the gaurd position and have fair ball handling skills. i can jump verticaly 25 inches and run a mile in seven minutes. i want to know what i should be good at with my size and ability also tell me how to practice a day and what to practice on.
