Make the piecewise function continuous.?

Question

f(x) = x+3 if x is less than or equal to 2

cx+6 if x is greater than 2

I need to find the value for c to make this continuos on the real number line.

How would I do this problem?

f(2)=2+3=5

2c+6=5

c= - 1/2

pretty much plug in two into both and see what c makes them equal.

2+3=2c+6

5=2c+6

-1=2c

c=-1/2
