Make the smell go away!!!?

Question

At my home the basement and some of the kitchen cabinets smelll kinda stale and musky! I have tried air freshners, Oust, and Febreeze they don't work the stale/musky smell is still there! What could help this go away not just cover it up?? Thanks.

That smell is usually caused by dampness and  no fresh air circulation.  You might try a bag or cat litter mixed with a box of Baking soda.  The things you are using only try to cover the smell and do nothing to fix the dampness.  If you have leaks you may have to fix them before the smell will go away.

spray with diluted bleach solution and let it soak in, then wipe off with wet towels.
