Make up and girls? What do guys really think?

Question

I've heard guys say that girls look really cute with make up, they put too much on and that it makes them look fake. So what is it? Is it attractive? Does it make girls look plastic and fake? Is it okay in moderation or on certain occasions? Should you just go as you are? Should you go for natural make up to high light and show off your natural beauty?

I agree with you. It does make them look fake. There are some girls in our school that put on way too much, and they don't realize that they'd be beautiful without tons of the c**p clogging up their pores.

Personally, I hate make up and won't wear it. I think the only time I've worn it was for a dance recital when I was 9 or 10. I think they should wear it in moderation. I go as I am, and I guess my boyfriend likes girls better without all the make up, because he chose me over anyone else he could've had. HIH! =)

that depends whether the make up blends in the womans face....but i like better those with no make up...just be simple thats all

It really depends on YOUR age.  Full face makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner, foundation, lipstick, lipgloss) on a 16 year old is a bit much but if your in your 20's I personally think it's fine.  It also depends on the occasion.  If your just running errands makeup is not necessary especially if it takes you 2 hours to apply it & will be out for 30 minutes.  On the other hand, if your going to a wedding or big gathering makeup is acceptable, again, depending on your age.

I know guys who are attracted to girls who wear makeup every single day of their lives no matter what/where they are going.  They think they look "hot".  I also know guys who hate girls with even a ounce of makeup on & think natural beauty is more gorgeous than a painted face.  Different men/boys have different taste in girls/women so there is no way to advise on what to wear for him.  Just wear enough makeup to the point where you feel comfortable but don't over do it!
