Okay well I'm 16 and a Junior now in high school. I need some GREAT make ups tips, mostly for eyes, and good foundation tips if possible.

The usual make up I use is foundation, powder, mascara, and eyeliner, but im about to go get some good eye shadow too.

My hair is blonde and Meduim length. What are some super cute ways to wear it? Usually I straighten it, barrell wave it, or put it up in a cute ponytail. But I need something new!

Help?!

  1. need a pic of waz u look like !!!!!

  2. okay a good pic would definitely help.

But if you need it for imperfections use concealer before then foundation if you have a good kind then it should go far do not buy that cheap cover girl kind I forget which kind but you know the watery kind yuck zero coverage.  I usually use blush and bronzer and usually put that on before my powder-I've heard that you are suppose to use a blush that matches the inside of your lip but I just use plum by estee lauder although I have darker hair you might want something more peachy depending on other factors.

for your eyes you could go for some different looks

    what color are your eyes?

anyway here is one that I like a lot.

a very light pink over your entire lid then a mocha in your crease and an army green shade in your outer corner kind of smudge it along the top and bottom lashes.

then a light black or dark gray eyeliner about halfway and then smudge the rest of the way or you could use brown liner.  Mascara black--apply to lashes and then get those outer corner lashes a couple of extra times

Plum (it doesn't actually look like a plum) blush on cheeks

a spice color of lip liner and then a nice colored gloss

    here is another one

a very pale goldish ivory (not white) over your entire eyelid. a medium frosted purple in your crease and a very pale pink under your brow bone.

line eyes with a dark gray or light charcoal black-black mascara

    bronzer

a sparkly goldish brown red tone something you feel comfortable wearing and then top it off with a goldish lip gloss

    next look

smokey brown over lid  and line the lashes with it--then black eyeliner black mascara a nude or rosy tone on cheeks

spice or nude lip liner and a goldish red brown lipstick

    another look

maybe a peachy white shade on eyes, a little mascara blush very natural and a soft shimmery gloss on lips

    another favorite of mine

pale gold ivory below brow bone --a little darker pale gold beige over the lid and then brown or green in crease and different in corner or just add in something that will go with your close or accentuate your eye color

a blush that you feel matches you well--just find the right shade like I said I use plum for just about everything--also I generally always use bronzer.

maybe you want to invest in a lip stain in a neutral shade that you love--you could always use lipstick or gloss over it but stain seems to last longer.

if you can't tell I am staring at my make up and describing different looks that I have done.  The ones I use the most are the first and last but I mix the last one up a lot sometimes adding different shades of purple, green or brown.

EDit: that is a scary pic of sideswept bangs

sometimes for a quick updo I like to do half up and half down that way I can have some lose curls in the part l leave down and do something with the top--sometimes of do the bump for my bangs--they were sideswept but are now grown out so  they are in between which is why I like the half up half down style because the hair on top can cover my pins if they are showing and the bottom can still be curly and long.

  3. Okay well Im guessing you have fair colored skin.

so you can use light colors, like light pinks or greens. A nice gold would look good on you. Nothing too extreme.

Nothing to neon-ish, or too dark. It can look clumpy, so be careful with that. Also, if you want to enhance your eyelashes..use an eyelash curler BEFORE you apply a coat of mascara. It really brings out the eyes.

As for your hair, if you have bangs..you can do alot with that. You can pull them back like so:

But if your uncomfortable with your forehead, you can cut them in a sidesweep position, like so:

    Hope this helps (:
