yes u can. specially fine ones for eys. sable hair is good.

I do... but only some (the soft kind).... I use some from Loew Cornell from Micheal's... Make sure it's soft and fine or it will irritate your eyelid.

i'm not too sure what you are talking about, But i do have a foundation brush that I use for my face, If that is what you meen then yes, of corse, since they are made to put makeup on.
