ok well im wearing eyeliner and mascara this year and lip gloss im 13 is that to much?

No, that's not too much. Sounds like what you should be wearing at thirteen. Just don't over-do the liner. A thin line is good.

I think that what you're using is fine, but you REALLY have to be careful as to how much you use. Basically, apply one coat of mascara only, and an EXTREMELY thin line of eyeliner on the top lid only. Also, use natural colors for the lip gloss. A huge common mistake among girls your age is to think it looks hot or cool or something to wear tons of eyeliner...trust me, it's not. Hope I helped, and remember-keep it natural!!!

IT all depends how much you put on when i was thirteen i wore more than that but i mad it natural and pretty looking
