Make-up suggestions..(slightly different from the last one)?

Question

i have a heart shaped face, very pale, fullish lips, small upturned nose, i also have really longgg eyelashes, chocolate brown almond shaped eyes (light brown almost iridescent in the sun..) and dark brown hair with fire engine red highlights, i have long hair (about to my b***s).

*i'm 14 but i look much older and i'm aloud to wear make up*

i'd really like to focus on my eyes, since people always notice them, apparently thier really really beautiful ha

if thats enough info (sorry i dont want to put a pic of myself) can you give me suggestions on how i should do my make up

Try gold and purple shadows, especially a plum color. DO NOT ever wear black eyeliner with brown eyes, instead try colored liner or brown liner if you want something neutral. Use brown mascara. Use light pink blush and neutral or a basic pink lipgloss. Don't make your lips look dramatic, because you're technically only supposed to either make your eyes dramatic or your lips dramatic, and you want to make your eyes dramatic. Don't do anything too dramatic in the daytime though.

Black eyeliner only on top eyelid, brown mascara, and gold, green, and purple eyeshadow[these shades will bring out the specks often found in brown eyes;)].
