Makeup!! I'm clueless?

Question

SInce I'm starting High School I want to start using a little bit of makeup. The thing is that I'm an only child and I live with my dad so I hve no one to ask for help.

I look pretty much like my avatar, just with slightly darker skin (only a litte bit). My eyebrows are also a bit thick. Where do I start? Remember I only want to wear a small amount.

To go to school everyday I would just try a little bit of brown/black eyeliner on your bottom lid. Curl your eyelashes and put on some clear lipgloss. It is always good to not wear a lot to school because when you go out for special occasions you can spice it up a little bit with eyeshadow and mascara!

Miss Starting High School,

Lets get started on those thick eyebrows.  You have the option of tweezing and waxing.  First make an appointment at your salon to get this done.  It can cost from around $10-20.  This will help you get a better view of your facial features.  

Makeup: Benefit is a great makeup line and everything costs from $16-22.  You can find it online and at Macy's.  Benefit gives you a polished look without looking like you spent way too much time getting ready.  And the last thing you want is to look like you are trying too hard.  I would go to the benefit counter and have them give you a complimentary makeup session and tips.  Benefit has a compact that works as a foundation and powder that goes on light and doesn't rub off onto your clothes.  Also, concealor, blush, a little mascara, and lip gloss go a long way.  Plus, Benefit doesn't have the "mom" look type packaging.  It's a fun brand.  Good luck with your makeup and your freshman year of high school.

- First thing, have your eyebrows professionally waxed. You have no idea what wonders it can do for your face! All the friends i did eyebrows for, even those who didnt even have thick eyebrows to begin with, but just got them reshaped, ended up looking incredibly but subtley better!  The cost will vary depending on who or what salon you go to, but once you get your brows waxed, it is very easy to maintain afterwards by yourself - just a few tweezing here and there to clean up any sparse hairs.

-Secondly, get yourself a volumizing mascara. This will give your lashes a flirtatious but not over-the-top look.

-Thirdly, apply a peach blush to give your complexion a fresh and healthy glow

-Lastly, swipe on a sheer pink lipgloss to bring out your smile :D

If you want your eyebrows to be a bit thinner, you could get a professional waxing. Worth the cost :) A good way to start with makeup is to go to the mall and get some advice at one of those makeup counters, like MAC or Lancome, etc. They give free "makovers", too :)

2eye shadow-any color really stay with calm colors and if you feeling adventurous pink

first if you don't like your eyebrows don't pluck them! Instead go to a specialist and have he/ she to pluck them.  Wash your face and moisturize before applying makeup.First start off with a light powder one shade darker than your skin tone.( I reccomend covergirl)( If you canb afford expensive makeup use clinique).  If you need concealer go with a lighter shade than your skin tone but do not go too light it will draw more attention to the problem.( Try maybeline and for dark circles go witha yellow concealor.). Next take a mascara and  gently swipe it on your eyelashes. If they get stuck together use a small eyebrrow brush to seperate them. If you want a little more take eyeliner and draw a thin line under your bottom lashes.( If you have a steady hand i reccomend rimmel liquid  eyeliner in brown) if not use a pencil. Be warned pencil smudges easily.  If its night line both lids.Then take a rosy pink lip gloss and coat your lips. Voila!! Fabulous!!!!

you should buy some mascara and eyeliner to start. it's easiest to just do mascara on your top lashes and eyeliner the bottom of your eye. just remember not to put the eyeliner on too heavily. i like to use waterproof mascara. and you should definently buy makeup remover incase you makes mistakes. you should go to the Maybelline website. they have TONS of good tips and they tell you which colors are good for you and stuff. hope this helps!

okay i have got were i dont wear make up anymore..cause i got im truoble for wearing to much.....

but like i would just put a light color eyeshadow and a little mascara...

thats a little and i think it would be great!!=)
