Makeup.... for 11 year olds?

hi i was wondering that is eyeshadow from like coastal scents palettes, some compact powder, a little blush, and lip gloss over some toned lipstick, shadesticks, cream eyeshadow,ok for a 11 year old going on 12? It's just that, no mascara, eyeliner, foundation. so is that ok?

No blush! Haha it just looks ridiculous on someone that young because they have no developed cheekbones yet.

Eyeshadow, lipgloss, and maybe some powder. Leave out the lipstick and blush, and that'll be good.

I'd say *light* eyeshadow, *light* lipstick and nail polish is okay every once in a while, but more than that and you'll be looking like a tramp or a clown or worse! Plus, you'll hurt your skin and will get acne.

11 year olds do not need makeup!

Sounds a little too much with the powder compact.  I'm sure you dont need compact powedr foundation- why put unnecessary junk on your face if you dont need it yet, it will clog your pores.  Trust me, dont use foudnation until you're older and need it.   So here is what I think will be good for you:

1-A LITTLE BIT of blush is ok,

2- some powder eyeshadow

3- and sheer lipcolor is  fine too.

If you have oily skin and thats why you want compact powder, just buy some oil blotting sheets instead.  If you have pimples and want to cover them up, just use some cover up and put it on just the pimples.

And yeah , I love makeup, I think most girls want to wear it even when their young.  I always did but wasnt really allowed until I was like 12 or 13.  There's nothing wrong with your age wearing it as long as you keep it natural looking.

an 11 yr old will get overwhelmed..and go overboard!!!!!!!!!! makeup enhances ur beauty even more..at that age who u trying to look smexy for?

i think some shimmering eye powder(or eyeshadow) and lip gloss and every once in a while anything else but u dont want to overdo it.

I think neutral eyeshadows and lipgloss are ok for 11 yr olds if she insists on wearing make-up.

I say lip gloss and mascara. All that on your face from a young age is really gonna s***w your face over when you get older.

i would give it to her and let her expirement with the makeup or just let her put on some of yours. if you dont want her to wear a lot of makeup just give her a little bit of blush and eyeshadow.

Well it depends, do you think you should be wearing eyeliner? Are your parents ok with it? If they're not you probably shouldn't waiting is better than waiting grounded.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!  at your age you should only be wearing fruity chap stick!  Eyeshadow? Powder?  Blush?  You dont need it!  Just wait, i'm sure your skin is beautiful as is.  Don't do it, you'll ruin your skin.  Plus WHY does an 11 year old need make up for anyway!?  You're ELEVEN, chill!
