No, it doesn't. But if you don't cleanse it everyday before going to bed then it will get wierd and you'll have breakouts. About.com has a lot advice about it. Tanning is the worst thing that can happen to your face. You need it everyday from spring to winter.

not if you make sure you take it off ever night make sure its all off and use a good deep moisturizer to help keep your skin nice over night

It can if you don't wash your face. You should do it every night if you wear makeup, otherwise you can get pimples. :)

No it does not I am 31 years old i have wore makeup sine I was 14 and I am always told I look like I am 25.

What you need to look out for is tanning beds and the sun.
