you have to put jet black eyeliner  as close as possible to your eyes then loads of mascara and some liquid eyeliner on your lid just abov the lashes

well you do it like normal

then do a small line UNDER your eye

then you get a smudger an smudge it along under the rest

if thats not enough add some more an carrying smudging it

then it will look cool right lol

then just use mascara

and occasionallyy people use black eye shadow under their eyes - i tried it ... it looks awesome

so try them

um, not entirely sure, but perhapss

black liquid eyeliner around the rim of your eyes

use black eyeshadow, or just smudgy eyeliner around the edge, and sort of wing it outwards

- and omg, thankyou, i&#039;m getting my haircut tomorrow, and have been looking for good ideas, and i think i just found one on that site = )

Easy:-

Put mascara on top and bottom lashes.

Then get either... Black eye shadow or..

                         Black eyeliner or..

                          Black liquid eyeliner..

Preferably Black kohl eyeliner and draw a line across your eyelids, so that it covers the whole of your top eyelid and then a line on your bottom eyelid bit and then smudge a little bit under your eyelashes to make it stand out a bit more... and for a more defined look that will last longer go over the top of the black line that you did on the top and bottom with black liquid eyeliner as eyeliner tends to smudge sometimes :) I recommend Liner feauture by Boujois because it gives a easy application as its like a felt tip pen.  If it does smudge at the top or bottom get a cotton bud and wet it then correct your mistake to make it nice and neat :D x

You only need to apply on the eyelid but you will need to apply it near the roots of your lashes thats its near enough to not get in your eye. Also if your eyelashes flicker to the side when applying mascara.. its nice if you wing your eyeliner to the side to make it look volumised and a full defined look.

You apply it all over your eye like her, and the take a q-tip and smudge it. Any extras that may have fallen under your eyes, you can dust off with the q-tip. I like that look!

you apply eyeliner all around your eye (make sure you dont put it too thick) then you take a q-tip and you smudge the liner to soften it a little. then add mascara.

hey there.. when you apply eyeliner put on as much and as messy as you like.. then with a cotton tip tidy it up and make it smudge with the end of the tip. try napoleon perdis make up. have fun
