i am a teenager and i have pale skin and dark hair and blue grayish eyes. what makeup do you think would look best?

use blue eyeshadow and black eyeliner and some blusher on ur cheeks

if you're looking to use eyeshadow, then use colors that contrast with your eyes, such as brown, purple, etc. they'll make the eyes pop. if you're looking for eyeliner then just use a simple brown, along with a brown mascara. blush is your best bet, find a bright pink/peach color because the brighter it is, the less dirty your face will look.
