  1. heres what i do.....

cake the conceler on so it will stay on allll day pretty much

even it out as much as you can with your finger, but not so it looks red again

    then add blush

not the like dreamy blush but the like blush with a brush....you know???

if you have to touch it up do it over again

dont put it right over the blush or it will show

  2. Instead of using a concealer... try a powder... i use Almay pure blends mineral makeup... it looks real natural... and it's actually really good for your skin because it doesn't clog your powers and it has an Spf of 15 which protects you from the sun!!! plus its mineral makeup!!! its about $12 but it is worth it... trust me!!!

  3. Get Merle Norman products. I had the same situation. It clears up in like a week and in two weeks your skin would be so beautiful . if you cant afford Merle Norman, use a foundation instead to cover it up. I used to use concealer to andI would end up looking fake and eww. I had a chin line. It was so faake.

  4. You should use bare minerals. First apply it with a concealer brush on all of your blemishes then use a little more on a kabuki brush and buff it all over so that it looks completely natural. It really lets your skin breathe, I can't even tell I'm wearing it. A starter kit will save you bundles of money, or you can find it a Ulta or Sephora. They have Bare Escentuals stores, but only in a few big cities.

  5. I would definitely suggest either Smashbox foundation (with the sensitive primer, or the green primer to minimize redness), Bare Minerals, or Benefit Cosmetics.

Benefit Cosmetics makeup isn't just a concealer or a foundation, they're actually designed to target problems. Definitely what you want to do is get a primer.

    Try Dr. Feelgood by Benefit:

or "That Gal" if you want to brighten the face:

This concealer called "Galactic Shield!" is made to cover blemishes, but it is very thin:

"You're Bluffing" is also a concealer for redness:

And, as if I haven't offered you enough concealers, Benefit's "Boi-ing" is very reputable:

The reasons these work is because they are not powders which can leave your skin cakey. They are cremes which soften and blend in with your skin.

Instead of foundation, you could also try a tinted moisturizer.

This foundation, by Hard Candy, is 7.50$ right now which is a good buy, half off.

It says that it isn't cakey.

Any of these foundations will work.

IN CASE you aren't look for a new foundation, there is also a product by MAC. You spray it onto your brush, and it airbrushes your foundation and doesn't make it look cakey.

    It's called Fix+.

Here is a review on it:

    Hope this helped!

  6. use bare minerals.

  7. first off, dont pick them (it sounds gross, i know, but DONT PICK THEM) it forms a scab type thing causing the concealer to look...hmm, how should i put it? cakey? or more noticable. concealer isnt supposed to be noticable.

so just let the pimples take their course, i suggest using some astringent, (you can buy it for 3 dollars at a drugstore) it helps to clean out to pore, causing the pimple to go away faster.

..but a good concealer? i use boi-ing by Benefit cosmetics...it about $12 dollars, a bit pricey. but its totally worth it. i use it for everything (broken capillaries, acne scars, pimples, etc...) and it lasts really really long. ive had mine for about 8 months so far, and the time doesnt ruin it!

    good luck!

  8. well, ive read that you should put on a concealer and then tinted moisturuizer for your whole face, and that sounds like it would work to me.

im not too expierienced in this dept. cause it don't often get zits, but what works for me is just to faithfully wash your face every night, use astringent, and masks every 3 days. and that should help clear you up.
