Makeup product help?

I am planning on throwing out all of my makeup and starting off fresh. i need a list though of what i should buy. (ex. black eyeliner, brown eyeliner, lipgloss.... blah blah blah) a list with the essentials would be great!

lip balm (burts bees or a spf one)

lip gloss (revlon colorstay overtime sheer lipcolor lasts a long time)

foundation, loose powder, pressed powder, a set of brown eyeshadow, and a good purple or pink depending on your eye color, eye brow powder, or pencil, black eyeliner, black mascara, blush, lip liner, lip stick, lip gloss.

Its good to start with a dark brown eye shadow, med color (like a soft peachy color) and a vanilla color for the brow bone.
