Makeup that will complement my eye color better?

my eyes are green, anywhere from dark green to a bright green. i dont know what colors to use. ive tried purple, but it just makes my eyes yellow, and in the sun, bright orange.

what colors will make the green stand out?

Use any warm tone eye shadows like golds, bronze, mocha colors... i have blue-green-gray eyes as well and they make my eyes pop

i have green eyes to and for me if i use

a green eye shadow it brings out the color

and it also it's got gold in it and that helps so

i would try green.

Try green and brown combinations.

Darker and lighter greens and shimmery browns, any combo will work.

I've found that brown eyeliner makes all eyes more distinguished.

By the way, I LOVE green eyes!

well blues, tans, even greens will make your eyes stand out and maybe some eyeliner will make your eyes pop.

I have your eye color. Soft pinks usually bring out the green, also gold...like a shimmery rich gold or bronze shade. Purple does work for my eyes, you just have to find the right shade of purple, even if it's more of a wine color.

I have bad results with blue, green, very light (white), yellow, and grey.

I think brown, golden, tan, shimmery gold or white, pearly colors...etc. would look awesome on green eyes!

Chocolate brown would be perfect! Try this:

Take a light brown eyeliner and draw a line as close to the lash line as possible. Then, Use a dark brown eyeshadow near the lash line, and make it go up about one centimeter. Then take a chocolate brown and blend it with the dark brown and extend it to the crease. Then top it off with really light brown above the other colors!

Try earthy colors like auburn(or a very rich light brown) brown, even fire reds or golden yellows(recommended!)  if youre more for colors. They can make your eyes look amazing.
