Question:

Makeup tips for hazel eyes?

I have hazel eyes and LOVE the way Kelly Clarkson dresses her eyes up with makeup. Where can I go online to see how her makeup artist does it? I want to copy it but its easier to see it step by step then to figure it out on my own. Thanks!

If no one can find what I'm looking for, where can I go just to find other great ways to dress up my hazel eyes? I don't just want to read about it, I want pictures showing the steps.

  1. i would put a hazy grey eyeshadow on your lids from the lash line to a little over the crease. then i would put a white shimmery shadow from the brow bone to where the grey is. then, i would put a black eye crayon(skinny) on the top lashes and a LITTLE on the bottom, from the edge to the center. then sweep on a little mascara and your eyes are done!!

  2. you should totally use purple eyeshadow and dark purple eyeliner its going to make your eyes pop out:)

  3. well google it.....kelly clarkson inspired look. i love her smoky eye so just put grays and blacks and eyeliner and eye liner

  4. A great way to achieve what you're asking is to go have a make over and maybe bring a photo with you.

But I have hazel eyes also and I line mine with black liner occasionaly but my purple mascara is a staple and I use a eye brow pencil that matches my hair color to sketch in hairs where needed cause my brows are really light and thin. As for shadow I use any shade of purple from lilac to plum.  Browns look good too.  Silver shadow, liner and glitter can be really pretty for an evening look with cherry red lipstick if you know how to apply it correctly.  Would gladly show you what I know myself but I'm sure I could never achieve a Kelly Clarkson look, not sure where you'd go for how to videos either.  But hopfully this helps or you get a good laugh or something!!  :)
