Makeupp? What kindd? Color?

Question

Where can I get good makeup? What kindd? Could you show pictures maybe? But not of someone with like heavy black makeup on. I was thinking of blue eyeliner because my friend uses it and it looks good on her. Would that look bad on me? Blonde hair. Blue eyes? Sorry don't have a picture to show you. Pictures would be nice if you have any or find any! PleaseThanks. (:

It depends on how much you are looking to spend.

Foundation:

Bare minerals hands down. This is the only foundation I will use at all. They have plenty of light colors as well as 2 different starter packs for light skin, you can purchase a starter package (I highly recommend it, you get a ton of stuff for practically nothing compared to buying it separate or from other high quality brands) bareminerals.com or you can find items separately at a bare minerals store, Ulta, or Sephora (or bareescentuals.com, ulta.com, sephora.com). I would recommend at the minimum getting a concealer brush, kabuki brush and the foundation.

Eyeliner:

Liquid - Rimmel Professional Liquid Eyeliner, you would probably want brown

Regular Pencil - Rimmel Kohl Eyeliner, again probably in brown

Waterproof Pencil - I use Maybelline Unstoppable in Pewter

Colored Pencil - I use wet & wild, they are good pencils after you sharpen them with a good sharpener and only $2 so you can experiment with a lot of colors for cheap

Mascara:

Maybelline Volum' Express Turbo for big voluminous lashes, or Maybelline Great Lash for you basic good mascara (America's #1 mascara), in brown if you can find it (they should have brownish black anywhere if there is no brown)

Eyeshadow:

Pretty much any pastel should look good on you. I like Maybelline and Milani eye shadow singles. I use an eye shadow brush I got from sephora to apply them.

Lips:

I would suggest a lip gloss rather than a regular lipstick. Go for light pinks and nudes, they won't overpower the rest of your face and give you a cute shine.
