Making Alcohlic drinks

Question

I want to make a drink out of strawberries and rasberries i have, i have no proper equipment so would have to be simple.

Also i have seen online alcoshot kits where "finings" are used, what is this? Could it be done without buying the kit and buying my own ingredients.

"Finings" or "Kettle Finings" are an additive which is used to clear up whatever it is you're making.  In beer you use things such as isinglass or whirfloc to drop protein haze out of your beer for example.

To make a beverage with strawberries and/or raspberries only requires that you extract the juice from the berries in some way or another.  Once you have the juice you dilute it down with water to a point, sterilize the solution some how whether that be with heat or chemicals, and then add yeast when the beverage is cool enough.  Wait some period of time, throw it in some sort of packaging, and you've got a home made alcoholic beverage.
