Making Blackberry Jam?

Does anyone have advice for where to buy my first canning kit to make jam and canned peaches? I know they have them at Walmart, but does it matter what kind I buy? I am new to this so any tips would be great! :)

Don't use any ones phone.

If you are planning on continuing to can and preserve fruits and veggies and any other foods, go to a food specialty store that sells canning supplies and kits and buy the best one that you can afford - look at it as an investment.
