Making Clacking Sounds with your fingers is bad??

is it bad to make does sounds with your fingers? Why is it so addictive to crack your fingers??

Depends. If you crack your fingers in the direction it's not designed to go, then no, it's not a good thing. It's fine as long as you crack them in the same way it's meant to go. You can crack pretty much anything since the joint capsule is a very hardy tissue, just don't crack your spine, discs are different and you can damage them.

The addiction comes from your brain knowing that something isn't right with that joint and your attempt to manually correct and realign the joint.
