What are some ways you could do difficult stunts, such as the pilar falling on Meg or Pegasus flying off with Herc or Meg?

  1. You could do a lightning flash thing when the pillar falls on Meg, giving you enough time to put something on her.  You use a styrofoam pillar.  Sorry that's all I got.

  2. You can make the pillar from cardboard and weight down the bottom with sandbags or even papier mache.

For Pegasus you can find or create a digital illustration of his outline and proect it onto the white background on the stage. You would have to bring in the white sheet or board for any scenes where you have to have Pegasus.

You could also have the horsey sounds in the background and simply make it suggestive of Pegasus being there.

Also when you get the production rights from Disney to do the play they might have some suggestions in your production package for ways to have it come alive on stage.

Most of the Disney musicals rights are held by MTI. I did not see Hercules on there so I am not sure where you got the rights to produce that one but whomever you sent your performance license application to should be able to direct you to someone who could help.

    Have a great production!
