Making Middle School Baseball Team?

I want to tryout for my middle school's baseball team. Im in the 8th grade. Im 5'1 and I weigh 95lbs. The last time I palyed baseball was in like 4th grade. We used pitching machines. What should I do to give me a better chance of making it. Any tips on hitting or anything else. Thanks.

  2. You must have a pretty stuck-up school if they cut grade schoolers.

    Go to the batting cages and hit off the 50-60 MPH pitches. 70 if you're good at the slower ones. Your muscles are now starting to develop, so start working out. Oh yeah. Work your as...uh...butt off. Be determined to make the team. If you do get cut, don't give up. Keep working to get better.

  3. I play softball so practice running, going to the batting cages try hitting at about 60 MPH, practice catching grounders and pop flies  

  4. Maybe you could eat something.

    95 lbs?  Jeez...Your not gonna be able to hit the ball 10 feet.
