Making PDF file un copyable

I have some important files in PDF format which must be accessed by all members in the network but they should not be able to copy the files on there PC. Suggest me some answer. this is my project.

Which bits of the last bunch of answer answers eluded you? You can't stop people having a copy of a PDF on their computers. They can just save a copy through Adobe Reader. All you can do is restrict the content.
