Making Sim visitors selectable?

I've done boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, shift clicked the visiting Sim and made them selectable, but how do you actually select them once they are selectable?

Well if the cheat worked, there should be an icon for you to click on them, the way your normal sims from your family are selectable. As in there should be a picture of the visitor on the bar that has all the pictures of our family sims. And you should be able to click on that, and control their actions like you would a sim from your family.

Did you enter the bool prop cheat in the neighbourhood view? I'm guessing it worked anyway, because you had the option to make them selectable. But you should be able to control them now. Maybe the cheat just didn't work properly. Sometimes that happens.
