Making a folder hidden?

Question

I made a folder which contained pictures hidden. And now i'm trying to find the folder but obviously in can't see it. What can i do to make the folder unhidden and see the pictures?

Start button--> Control Panel--> Folder Options--> View-->

or

Start button--> Control Panel--> Appearance and Themes--> Folder Options--> View-->

Now look for "Hidden files and folders" and mark the bubble next to "Show hidden files and folders"

you can also do search for files and folders using name, or files within, with more advanced/ "search hidden files and folders" option,
