Making a little shop for a school assignment. ideas?

Question

For an assignemnt in the business class, we have to make a little shop selling either a product food or drink.

We then have two lunchtimes and we sell in to some grades of the school (year 6-12)

Do you have any ideas that you think would sell.

10% of the profits we make go to charity and the rest is for the materials purchased.

Any ideas would be great :)

this should be looked at with a couple things in mind. Where you live, and what the typical parent is like of the kids. Depending on where you are, Vegetarian options, and vegan options are becoming more popular, even with those that aren't strict vegetarians and vegans. A healthy alternative that doesn't taste like wood can turn any meal into a crowd favorite.
