Making a magazine/newspaper article for my store?

I have a seasonal halloween store that has over 10 stores around the New York/ New Jersey area. i wanted to create a magazine or newspaper article that i could submit into the local newspaper to advertise my costumes and sales. does anyone know any good companys that produce a newspaper or magazine article? thanks
