Making a picture big and clearing it so not blurry!!!?

Question

how do i do that i have a pic from my phone sent to web but is so small its unbearable when i try to make it big it is a big blob and i try to clean it up with sharpen and it gets worse!!!! what can i do??????

Darlin, the can only do that on TV shows and in the movies.  You can't change the number of pixels a photo has after the fact.  The only way to make sure that your photo has a high resolution is to use a high resolution camera in the first place.  As far as the picture your dealing with now is concerned, well your screwed.  Sorry.
