Making a really cool movie with just...?

i just have normal video camera and a computer and i want to make a really cool video or movie and i dont know how to do special effects and transitions and stuff like that sooo could any one help me

yes you can make cool looking movies, you can get video edtiting software for transitions and for some special effects.  Some you will have to create on your own. the other reason you also need video editing software is because they allow you to use a green screen.

Also make sure you get movie soundtracks. When i have made my videos i have found that having good music makes a huge difference: good soundtracks like gladiator, star wars etc.

OK, I use Vegas by Sony for video edits and for adding special effects and I liked using Roxio for the DVD animated title page but I will start using the Sony DVD architect pro for this now. Adobe makes really great all in one packages of all of these things but price is on the high end Sony has a high end to low end in these softwares, also check out for special effects and music or sound effects (royalty free) with free demos and assistants. This is a very affordable graphic website store Iv seen yet, its at www.digitaljuice.com.  Well hope this helps some what.    PS Iv tried out about 10 different software lower end programs and I find these most user friendly, especially if your a beginner.

well if you want to do a really cool movie, get a good simple story and shoot it properly.  Learn a bit about lighting and cinematography composition.  That will put your movie above the others, not any special effects.
