Making a song on itunes to a cell phone ringtone?

I have a song that i cut up to 30 seconds and i want to make it my cell phone ring tone. all i have is the SD memory card, it is saved on the SD memory card but how do i set it as a ringtone? I can't find it anywhere. And i do not have Internet/Email and it is a Sprint Motorolla Razor v3 (its grayish silver if it helps u guys to help me)

Sprint is notorious for crippling their phones and you cannot use mp3 files in your memory card as ringtones.

You can't bluetooth files over either as they disabld OBEX.

They do that to make more money or to force users to pay for their $15 a month unlimited internet plan.

The only way is to make the ringtones for FREE with a site called
