Making a website for FREE?

Question

I would like to make a fansite for a celebrity where I can post pictures, upload unlimited music, and where people can join and make their own profiles with forums and chat rooms and stuff.

For this you would need to make your own free site with a free host like the ones below:

From there you would need to know some coding and your way around different programs. You would need to use a forum software to upload on your site, a chat room software, etc.

For the most part, you would probably use MediaWiki for a wiki to make a spot where people can post pictures and uploads. SMF (Simple Machines Forum) or phpBB would do the job of the forum well and would include the profile. Uzoom chat room software would do a decent job for the chat aspect.

Depending on your knowledge of websites, designes, and coding, this could be easy or it could be very difficult.
