I've found that bluehost offers a pretty wide selection for a fair price.  They offer a free domain name registration if you set up their service for a certain length of time.  The service has been consistent for me - I have ~40 sites with them....

Tip: Avoid "free" -- free is "free" for a reason.  In every single case there will be SOME kind of catch - even if you don't see it at the start.  This is ALWAYS true.  Every. single. time.

$100-200/year is totally reasonable hosting fee... I've found if you go much below that you get into big problems that will undermine your company plans

they are pretty good. For hosting let me know whats your domain name and i will be happy to give you cheap hosting base on your budget. I am managing more than 1000 hosting on my server.

Yahoo is good but my personal favorite is Godaddy. It's the most choice and produces the best website. Good luck!

there are many man links where you can make a free website. they ask for your email but don't bother you. and you can design the layout of your site. basically its your site using another site. here are the links.

it's easy, just go to a search engine [for example: GOOGLE or YAHOO!] and type in the keywords, "Making a website", then many will pop up, but you must research them, because you want it to be free, and ***NOTE: MAKE SURE IT IS FREE*, I think that http://www.gertrude/make_a_website// is the best for it, because you can do anything you want! If you want a profile from buddy4u, then go to hi5.com, you can have a profile!
