  1. I think there's software you can buy that helps you through it.

    Or find a lawyer thru your church that does pro bono work for church members as charity.


  2. Well, if you happened to die and the court found a pice of paper that said you wanted to leave eveything to . . . They would have to treat that as your will, as long as they knew you wrote it!

  3. Don't do it. Wills are technical legal documents, a very specialised and highly complex field. Get a solicitor to draft something for you. (Ask them for a fixed price quote first though, or they'll have you!)

    Something along the lines of "I want to leave everything to X" should be pretty cheap. The more complicated, the more you pay.

  4. You will need two witnesses.
