I want to know how to make a funny - short youtube video

PS: not gud with all the editing i know basics of course.....

If you want to get the best results with youtube, use relevant tags. Putting spam p**n tags on a halo3 video isn't going to help you get viewers who are looking for your video. I would use tags like halo, halo3, secret, easter egg, halo commercial, video game, etc.

I would suggest starting a blog and including your videos as blog posts whenever you create them. Put a description of the video in the blog post as well. Also use Twitter, Digg, and other social media to link either to your blog post, or to the videos themselves on youtube.

Relevant tags make your videos more useful to youtube. Irrelevant tags are spam.

When I first started to make comedy videos for Youtube in January this year, I was worried about my videos failing.

At the beginning, I made 3 poor videos that combined have been viewed only 1,819 times in 6 months.

The only advice I have for you is to make the audience laugh no less than once every ten seconds. This tactic was very successful as since Feb, (when I incorperated this tactic), I have made a further 27 videos which combined have been viewed 1,494,062 times.

Trust me, if you ensure that you make the audience laugh once or more every 10 seconds, you will succeed! (Also a well structured sript works well)!

And good look with your videos!

PS. you don't need to have good editing skills! Sometimes the less professional it looks, the funnier it is!
