  1. If your website meets Googles terms of service you can display adsense on your site and make money from that.  Real a new site should get established before posting a ton of ads on it.

  2. the simplest way is to use google adsense.

I just started a blog about making money online, there is some good info on there. I havnt gotten to adsense yet but i will be putting info about it on there shortly.

  3. You can stumble around with internet marketing for years if you don't know what you are doing. It is like anything else you need to get educated. I took an intense online course for a couple of months. It was hard work but well worth it. If you are prepared to learn and work hard email me and I will tell you the best place online to get internet marketing training.

  4. First make sure you've got GREAT CONTENT -- advertisers don't want to waste their ad dollars on crappy websites.

Get a lot of traffic -- targeted traffic whose demographics are something that advertisers crave.

There are several ways you can earn money from advertising:

    1. Join an advertising network. Advertising networks are organizations that aggregate Web sites that offer advertising space, and sell banner ads (and other advertising options) across them. Traffic requirement is often a minimum of 5,000 monthly impressions, although many do not accept sites hosted by free page services.

    3. Sell advertising for your site directly. This is admittedly a more difficult route for a small business site wanting to earn advertising revenues. But hey, as they say: "no pain, no gain!"

    4. Affiliate Programs - you sell other people's products that your audience may be interested in; and you get a certain commission after the desired action was done (whether a sale, a lead, subscription to email newsletter, or however this is defined)

  5. Optimized your site so that your site can be seen by your targeted advertiser. You can also promote your site from related site by building links.

  6. No one will advertise on your site unless you have 1000s of unique visitors a day. You could use Adsense or Adwords, but it is very small beer. Have a look at our site for website design and promotion for info that we have learned from running our website www.shareworld.co.uk
