  1. to prevent eye shadow from smudging,

    use a base like l'oreal's de-crease base

    before applying shadow

use mascara after curling your lashes in three sections. lightly press at the base of your lashes, the middle of your lashes, and the ends.

define creases w/ eyeshadow by using a medium shade of brown all over the lid up to creases, a dark brown in the outer corners of your creases and a brown eyeliner. dab a gold eyeshadow in the inner corners to make them pop.

    WALAH :]

  2. I have hazel eyes, but what works for me might work for you.

    - I know you said you don't like eyeshadow because it smudges, however, there is a 'primer liner' (available at a MAC counter) that keeps the shadow and eyeliner in place. I use green eyeshadow and black mascara.

    - I have also heard that purple is a good color for brown eyes. (But I'm not a strong believer in purple.)

    - The color of the top you wear can really help your eyes pop, my color is teal. I'll wear black eyeliner, black mascara, and a teal shirt and my eyes look Fantastic! So maybe there's a color you've noticed made your eyes stand out more. (i have brown eyes, and brown hair, so I kinda blend in to where I have to work a little harder to call more attention to my eyes.)

Hope I helped at least a little bit, or gave you an idea. Good Luck!!!

  3. well i find that brown eye shadow makes them pop.

  4. curl ur lashes and apply black mascara.

trust me, it makes them pop =]

  5. that's weird, it should be reverse. purple, green, and navy make brown eyes pop. i have brown eyes and if i want them to pop a lot, i get eyeliners in those shades. you can easily find them at your local drugstore from brands like tropez and wet n wild. if you are willing to wear eyeshadow, wear those colors, but in schemes. so you can have a purple color scheme, with a lilac-lavender color on your lid and a violet on your crease. this makes your eyes really pop. then add eyeliner of black or purple and black mascara. to make your eyes pop in general, and not just the color, liquid line only your upper lashline, starting from your inner corner, then in a smooth motion, line your lashline starting thin and getting thicker at the end. this makes your eyes look super open to make them stand out. if you can't liquid line, use a kohl liner first as an outline, then go over with the liquid eyeliner. maybelline and covergirl have great liquid eyeliners.

  6. I have brown eyes too..i dnt want them but w.e

  8. Only wear the eyeshadow in the inner corners of your eyes.  that shouldn't smudge.  AND... wear a light color eyeshadow.  go to the Lancome or Mac counters to find out how to properly apply it, but it IMMEDIATELY makes your eyes look wider... you're highlighting the smallest area on your eyes, therefore making you have that "doe-eyed" look.... its' very nice.
