  2. CHEESE SAUCE

    1 tbsp butter

    1 tbsp butter substitute

    1 tbsp flour

    milk

    3/4 cup grated cheese

    salt and pepper

Melt butter & butter substitute in pot on about heat of 7. Add in flour. Stir with whisk. Gradually add milk. Stir until mixture starts to thicken. Add in cheese. Reduce to low heat add salt & pepper. Simmer until cheese is melted.

  3. first you have to make a veshimile sauce.  Melt some butter down (1/4 of a stick), add olive oil (about 3 tablspns), then add flour about 2 to 3 tblspns, cook for about a 2 to 5 min on low heat (don't let it get too dark) you want it to look beige in color.  whisk in WHOLE milk(2 to 3 cups) over low heat.  bring the milk to a boil (BE CARFUL DURING THIS STEP WATCH CONSTANTLY!!!)(if the mixture starts to foam up remove from heat) after the mix is at a boil add some Sharp cheddar cheese and maybe some jack serve hot over fries. Any left overs can be mixed with cooked macaroni and some shredded cheddar on top under a 400 degree oven for 10 min for killer mac and chzz!!

  4. Add a can of rotel and it will taste good
