Making friends in a new country?

im moving to a different country in a few weeks, im 16... i dont think i know how to make good friends quickly? :S i mean i have like 2 reeeeeeeally close friends here and lots of friends but before tht i used to be really nervous and shy and depressed and im worried im jst gonna go back to that wen i dont have any friends? :S i no people say oo jst be urself but how do you act when you want to be likeable so people will want to hang out with me?im probably worried about nothing... but tips wud be good :S
