  1. Why??

  2. I concur with the first respondent: "WHY"??

I know how, I've done it in various Navy survival programs, and in the Boy Scouts.  But I don't know why YOU need to know, NOR what sort of "weapon" you want / need.

Take a baseball bat... you have a weapon.

Take a bottle... you have a weapon.

    Take a broom-stick... you have a weapon.

USE any of those and you'll go to court on assault charges.

  3. There's weapons and there's weapons.

If you expect us to tell you how to build an RPG out of drainpipe, fertiliser and duracell batteries then you're going to be out of luck.

If you need something improvised, get a good thick magazine, roll it up really tight, grip it in the middle of the cylinder that you've made, then - if you get into a fight, either ram one end of it into the guys abdomen as if you were stabbing with a knife underhand, or raise it overhand and bring it down onto his head or face like you were stabbing down.

Either one will spoil his day.
