I have this great banana bread recipe from my sister (the one who can't cook, but has mastered banana bread somehow). I think her recipe makes about 2-3 large loaf banana bread but im looking to use something much smaller.For example, Im looking to buy a loaf pan that has individual loaf size of 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 3/4". see example here: http://www.wdrake.com/walterdrake/images/p103453b.jpgHas anyone used these before for baking? I wonder how long I will need to bake them for. I want to ensure they're moist and don't burn.Thanks!
