It's a incentive freebie website.  These sites give you a free product if you sign up for a trial offer for something they list on their site. First of all, project payday costs money. Do not sign up for it. Essentially what project payday is, is a company that brought a bunch of information together about Incentive Freebie Websites, and sells the convenience of having that information all in one place. For a little effort, you could discover it on your own.

The ideas behind project payday are totally legitimate. Essentially, incentive freebie websites make money from companies like netflix, blockbuster, etc... when people click on the offers on the freebie sites and sign up with companies like blockbuster, etc... Then the freebie websites pay you (the person who completed a certain amount of offers like blockbuster etc...) to refer members to that freebie website to complete the offers. The freebie websites may give you money, or prizes like ipods, etc... They do actually pay you and it is not a scam, because they get a significant amount of money from people signing up with offers like blockbuster, etc... People are able to get referrals on forums like http://www.freelunchroom.com by paying other people to be their referral. For example if freebie site A is paying me 50 dollars per referral i send to them that completes a certain number of offers, i can afford to pay you 25 dollars to use my referral link to sign up on those sites and complete offers for me.
